Best hometown Chinese! Better than any other Chinese chain locations!

We ordered take out from here last weekend and we're pleasantly surprised by all of the food we ordered. We ordered vegetable lo mein, steamed dumplings, general tsos chicken, and egg rolls. Everything was super delicious! My favorite was the steamed dumplings with their dumplings sauce. It was the perfect combinations flavor and the texture of the dumplings was perfect! The service was great as well. Definitely one of my favorites for takeout!! They have plenty of parking as well.

New to town. I had a favorite Chinese restaurant near my old house... this is similar or better! Love this place. Great food good service. I’ve never waited for food when I call it in.

Love this place...great food and fairly fast service...young gal that is usually there is very nice but also very soft spoken so sometimes I have a hard time understanding her. We've been going there at least 3 times a month for the past 9 or so months and have never had a bad meal...everything is always really good and they give you a lot of food for the money. A+++

Great service. I walked in on busiest night I have ever seen and was still out in 30min with great food. Have to add I feel bad for you having to deal with such a rude woman. She walked in and ordered after me and was throwing fit saying waiting over an hr and there before everyone else blah blah. You were better than I would have been and did what could to please her.

We are frequent fliers of this establishment and have had nearly everything on the menu. My go to is the special diet because the food is steamed but there really isn't anything bad on the menu. I am surprised with the low rating because this is the best in Madison. Crab Rangoon is our favorite . Egg rolls are excellent. General Tso is what you expect. Great sweet and sour sauce. No complaints at all

I typically order chicken fried rice with extra chicken to have a good base between all restaurants. This rice was great! It was not overly buttery which is a quick way to make it tasty but not very healthy. I had Pieces of chicken fat in with the rice which I can respect because it has that buttery feel and also adds flavor. The egg roll I ordered was good too. I wish there was a Chinese buffet out here but the population is small so it has potential to be a waste of food and money so I get that.

Walked in with a huge order of over $100, they got the order completely right, gave us complimentary soda and appetizers and cooked it all in less than 30 minutes. Food was delicious, I would recommend crab Rangoon and General Tso's chicken, or really anything...best Chinese in Deforest!

Chang Jiang's is by far the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The only thing that could make this restaurant better would be delivery. Their prices are fair and I am lucky enough to live within walking distance of the restaurant. They have a few tables to eat inside or wait for your food.

I really like both Chinese restaurants in town. This one has outstanding crab rangoon. Love the chicken with snow peas and mushrooms and General Tso Chicken. Food is always ready in 10 minutes which is accurate. Good place and they give you free pop.
